By creating a WeRoll account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use WeRoll.
WeRoll is a marketplace connecting vehicle owners with automotive service providers (mechanics, detailers, towers, movers, renters, sellers, and professional drivers). WeRoll does not itself provide automotive services.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use WeRoll.
Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of WeRoll. Providers are responsible for holding any required licences, insurance, and certifications for the services they offer.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. WeRoll charges a platform fee of 5% on provider earnings. Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact support within 48 hours of a service completion dispute.
You may not: share contact details or arrange payments outside the app to circumvent fees; post false reviews; use the platform for illegal purposes; harass other users; or attempt to reverse-engineer the app.
Ratings must be honest and based on genuine service experiences. WeRoll reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.
WeRoll is provided "as is." We are not liable for the quality of services performed by providers, disputes between users and providers, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
We may update these terms. Continued use of WeRoll after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeRoll operates.
