We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, vehicle details, and profile photo. We also collect service records, booking history, and messages you send through the app. When you use location features, we collect your approximate location to show nearby providers.
We use your information to: operate the WeRoll platform, connect you with service providers, process payments via Stripe, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts), and send push notifications you opt into. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.
We share your profile information (name, role, specializations, ratings) with other WeRoll users as part of the service marketplace. We share data with service providers only as necessary to fulfill your requests.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen, which permanently removes your profile and associated data.
We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.
With your permission, we send push notifications about bookings, messages, and maintenance reminders. You can disable these at any time in your device settings or within the WeRoll app.
WeRoll is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
